Joseph and Robert Sandona here, the brains behind Trading Vault. We’re excited to share our wild journey that began in the vibrant city of Brisbane, Australia.

Back in 2016, we plunged into the thrilling world of trading. The big lesson we learned? Trading isn’t just a side hustle; it’s a full-blown business. You have to treat it that way. Record-keeping, result reviews, and no room for negotiation. And the secret sauce is keeping an excellent trading journal.

We started with an Excel sheet for the numbers and a OneNote page for our thoughts and chart snapshots. Not a bad setup, but managing data across different programs was absolute madness.

Fueled by frustration, we decided it was time to shake things up. What began as a quest for personal efficiency quickly turned into a mission to solve the headaches of the entire trading community. Fast forward to April 2020, and the first seeds of Trading Vault were planted. By November 2020, it grew into the full platform you know today.

Trading Vault isn’t an average trading journal. It’s our baby, a labor of love, crafted by us, for traders just like you. We’re not just the creators; we’re daily users, knee-deep in the markets, relying on it to become the traders we strive to be.
