Performance Improvements

It has been a very busy start to the year.

We have just released a major update to the app’s infrastructure. The app is now even faster when navigating between screens and uses less data.

This has been achieved by pre-fetching data and efficiently storing it in memory. This means data doesn’t have to be re-downloaded until something changes. Your data is only in memory and not stored onto your device, so when you close the app, the data is wiped and remains secure 😀.

Note: If you access the app on multiple devices at the same time, you may need to refresh your browser before continuing on your second device.

We also improved the rendering logic of some of our widgets.

In addition to this, you’ll also notice an updated layout when viewing settings.

Now that these major infrastructure changes have been completed, we’ll be getting straight back into delivering all the exciting features everyone has been asking for.
