Your Trading Vault Accountability Tracker will help you track your progress, stay disciplined, and ensure you complete each daily challenge action.

βœ… Click "File > Make a Copy" to create your personal version.

βœ… Fill in the blank fields on the Getting Started Tab to personalize it:

  • Your Name
  • Start Date (the day you officially begin the challenge)
  • Select if you trade weekends (so the tracker aligns with your schedule)

If you’re new to Trading Vault, set up your account so you can seamlessly log trades, track performance, and follow the challenge structure.

  • Set up your main trading account
    • Give it a name & color for easy tracking.
    • Set your starting balance to match your broker by adding a deposit.

  • Create a second account called β€œMissed Trades”
    • This lets you log missed opportunities for later review.

  • Ensure all your trading strategies are set up.
  • Write down your strategy rules, checklists, and notes inside Trading Vault.
  • Why? A written trading plan keeps you accountableβ€”it should never live in your head.
  • This will help you stick to your plan when preparing and executing trades.

βœ” Set Up Snapshot Slots (For Image Tracking)

To make it easy to add visual references to your trades, set up snapshot slots inside Trading Vault. Suggested slots:

  • Higher Time Frame Entry
  • Lower Time Frame Entry
  • Higher Time Frame Exit
  • Lower Time Frame Exit
  • 24 Hours after Exit
  • Any additional slots you prefer β†’ e.g. when managing a trade

Pre-defined tags can be quickly added to trades to categorize them by specific qualities, making it easy to filter and analyze them.

  • Open the Tags tab on any existing trade.
  • Add tags based on the qualities or criteria you want to track.
  • Keep tags organized in categories, and assign each tag a unique name and color.
