Add & Remove Trades
Sharing trades with a group gives other members context they can actually review: the trade, its stats, its snapshots, and the details you choose to make visible. You stay in control of which trades are added and what information is shared.
Joining a group does not automatically add your trades. You choose which trades to share.
Add or remove one trade
Open a trade and select the group sharing button in the top right corner. Choose the groups that should include the trade. Clear a group to remove the trade from that group.
Only groups where you have permission to add trades appear in this dialog. You can refresh the group list if your permissions have recently changed.
If you leave a group or an admin removes you, your trades are removed from that group.
Bulk add or remove trades
From the Trades screen, apply filters to select the group of trades you want to manage. Use the group actions to add those filtered trades to one or more groups, or remove them from one or more groups.
The action applies to trades matching the current filters, so review your filters before confirming.
Control what data is shared
Each group has trade sharing permissions that control what other group members can see from your shared trades. Open the group, go to Preferences, and update Trade Sharing Permissions.
Available permissions include:
| Permission | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Profits | Profit and loss values. |
| Percentages | Percentage return values. |
| Summary text | The written trade summary. |
| Snapshots | Trade snapshot images. |
| Tags | Tags assigned to the trade. |
| Notes | Private notes from the Notes tab. |
| Insights | Linked trade insights. |
| Account | Account name and account-related context. |
| Position management | Execution stop, target, management, and allocation context. |
| Preparation notes | Preparation review content from the trade summary. |
| Execution notes | Execution review content from the trade summary. |
| Review notes and ratings | Review notes and ratings from the trade summary. |
The group trade view includes tabs such as Summary, Executions, Snapshots, Charts, Insights, Tags, and Notes. Tabs or fields controlled by permissions are locked or hidden when they are not shared.
Currency notes
Groups can include trades from accounts in different currencies. Individual trades show the currency used by the member who shared the trade. Group stats may combine values across selected trades, so review the selected filters and currencies when comparing results.
