Moderating Groups

Group moderation tools help keep a trading group useful, focused, and trustworthy. Moderators, managers, and admins can moderate shared trades, while managers and admins can also manage members.

Moderate trades

Open a shared group trade and use the 3-dot menu to block or unblock it. Blocked trades show a banner in the trade view and are hidden from normal group trade lists.

Block a trade

Choose "Block Trade" from the trade menu and provide the reason. The trade is removed from the group's visible trade list for members.

Manage blocked trades

Go to Manage Group, then Moderation, to view blocked trades. This page shows blocked trade details, the reason, and the member who blocked the trade. Moderators can review and unblock trades from here.

Moderate members

Go to Manage Group, then Members, to manage member access.

Block or remove members

Use the member menu to block or remove a member.

Blocking revokes the member's access while keeping a record of the block. Removing a member removes the member from the group and removes their shared trades from the group.

Member roles

Admins can change member roles from the member menu. Roles determine which group management and moderation tools a member can access.
