Demo Data

Demo data gives you a safe way to explore Trading Vault before adding your own trades. It lets you click through trade details, stats, filters, snapshots, and settings with realistic sample data already in place.

Explore your demo trades

When you first open Trading Vault, you'll see that your journal is initially populated with demo trades. These demo trades are designed to give you a sense of how the app works and to help you explore all of the features that Trading Vault has to offer. To view the details of a demo trade, simply click on it in your journal. This will open a new window that shows you all of the information about the trade, including the entry and exit prices, the profit or loss, and any notes you've added.

Reset your demo trades

If you want to start fresh with your demo trades, you can reset them at any time. Open Settings, select "Demo Data", and use "Reset Demo Data" to reset all of your demo trades and start over.

Delete your demo trades

If you want to delete all demo trades, you can do that from the "Demo Data" settings as well. Just select "Delete Demo Data" and this will delete all demo trade accounts and all trades in them. Please note that any trades you added to the "Demo Account" will also be deleted.
